Overall, it's comfortable base for exploring Manitou Springs attractions. We appreciated mountain view. Not far from the downtown, 15 minutes on foot...

Had a gorgeous view and breakfast was complimentary. There was a down bed, I slept like a stone. It is near the touristic places like miramont castle museum. Free Wi Fi in public areas was a bonus🙂❤
